Consecutive Breaths

Consecutive Breaths

Many times in harmonica playing you will find situations where you play chords or notes which require the use of consecutive inhale or exhale breaths. Because we naturally breathe in, out and in again, this can be difficult at first. In the following example, chords are played in quarter, half and whole notes with consecutive exhale breaths and consecutive inhale breaths.

This example contains a combination of consecutive and alternate exhale and inhale breaths. Take it slowly at first if necessary.
