Using the Rhythm Section

Lesson 3/26 | Study Time: 5 Min
Using the Rhythm Section

Using the Rhythm Section

When you are playing a chord, the keyboard can also play bass and drums for you.

Press the synchro or synchro/start button on your keyboard.

If you have a Yamaha keyboard, find the synchro/start key and press it.

If you have a Casio keyboard, find the synchro key and press it.

Touch the C key again, and release it immediately. Your keyboard will begin playing a C chord with bass and drums, and continue playing until you press another key, or the stop button. Look in your owner’s manual if you need more help to use this feature.

Suggested Rhythm: Rock

The One-Finger G Chord

To play the one-finger G chord, touch the lowest G key with the fourth finger of your left hand (as shown in the diagram). Place a G chord sticker on this key.
