This E note is written in the fourth space of the staff.
This new E note uses the same fingering as C and G. Again, the higher note is produced by using more pressure with the lips. It may take a bit of practice before you can easily sound this note instead of accidentally sounding C, but be patient and practice it every day for short periods, and soon you will have no trouble playing either note at will. Here are some exercises to help you gain control of high E.
This one uses four different notes played with the same fingering. They are all notes of a C major arpeggio. Practice it slowly until you can pitch each note accurately every time you play it.
