Bending The Blues

Here is another solo in the style of Albert King, who was a huge influence on Stevie Ray Vaughan among others. Notice the extensive use of bends, sometimes up to a major 3rd. Some of the licks here bend more than one note. Compare the playing over stops here with the stops in the T-Bone Walker style solo in Example 38.
