Explanation of Notation

R = Right Hand L = Left hand

A tie with a dotted line indicates that the first beat of the first bar is played the first time through a repeated section. Upon each subsequent repeat the standard tie rule applies.

Note: Unless otherwise indicated, sticking of fills is presumed starting with the right hand and then alternating eg, R L R L etc.
