Sixteenth Note Triplets for Double Bass Drums

If you’re into Lars Ulrich (Metallica), it is essential to master the sixteenth note triplet for double bass drums. This has become his "trademark". Two good exercises to practice for developing this technique are as follows:

(When sped up, the eighth note triplets become sixteenth note triplets).

Now, playing eighth notes on the hi-hat and sixteenth note triplets on the two bass drums. (Looks different, but sounds similar).
