Once you know how to create chords, it is possible to vary them in many different ways. You can substitute individual notes within a chord or add extra notes to the chord. Every time you add or substitute a note, the chord will change its name. It is worth getting a good Jazz music theory book and learning about all the possible types of chords available.
To finish the book, here are two pieces which use basic triads, slash chords, various seventh chords and other variations such as suspended chords (4th degree substituted for the 3rd of the chord). There are no chord symbols written above these pieces, so it is up to you to analyze them and work out what the chords are. Keep practicing, keep listening and keep playing with other musicians.
In this piece the right hand plays arpeggios and broken chords. The basic harmony moves between the chords A, D and A7. Take it slowly at first, and practice the hands separately if you need to.
