Play each of the following bars eight times with the "ALL AROUND THE DRUMS" C.D.
Play the bass drum four beats to the bar. Play the Hi-Hat with your foot on 2 and 4.
Each pattern should be repeated eight times before proceding to the next one.
This sixteen bar drum solo utilizes all the patterns from lesson No.6. The accents fallon the Snare, theSmall Tom Tom and the Floor Tom, with both hands. It is more important to place the emphasis on accuracy rather than speed. Try to create a relaxed flowing feel, and allow the accents to highlight and colour the solo.
