Notes on the Fourth String

The following diagram illustrates the notes G, A, B and C on the fourth string. Play them with the fingers indicated on the diagram and below the Tab notation. Remember to name them out loud as you play them until you know them from memory.

The G Note

The A Note

The B Note

The C Note

Here is an example which uses the notes G, A, B and C on the fourth string. As with any new notes, name them out loud as you play until you can do it easily. Remember to play the, B note with your third finger.
