The F Sharp Note (F#)

F# Note 1

To play this F sharp note, place the fourth finger of your left hand just behind the fourth fret of the 4th string.

F# Note 2

To play this F sharp note, place the fourth finger of your left hand just behind the fourth fret of the 1st string.

This example contains both Fb notes shown in the previous diagram. Remember to play on the tips of your fingers.

Rhythm Pattern

D Major Chord

To play the D chord, place the first, second and third fingers of your left hand as shown in the diagram. Strum the first four strings.
