Playing Parts of Chords

Sometimes an accompaniment may use only one or two notes of a chord, instead of three notes. For example, in the next song, The William Tell Overture , there are seven bars on the bass staff which only use the two lowest notes of the chord. Pay close attention to the notes written on the bass staff.
