8 Bar Bassline (Triplet/Shuffle Groove) in Am

This example applies a triplet/shuffle note groove over an 8 bar progression.

The next bass solo is based on the previous chord progression, featuring triplet licks and runs in the mid and upper range of the fretboard. The solo itself however, is not based around the original bassline and is twice the length. This type of solo could be played by another instrument or as a bass duet, one bass playing the original groove.
