Movable Fingerings

Like the whole tone scale, the diminished scale does not follow the five forms like the earlier scales. Here are two useful movable fingerings of the diminished scale.

Here is a lick derived from the C diminished scale. This scale may sound strange at first, but it is well worth learning and can produce some very interesting sounds.
