To play the B chord, use the first, second and third fingers of your left hand as shown in the diagram, and strum all four strings.

This chord progression uses the B chord previously shown. The progression is similar to the Blues song "They’re Red Hot" by Robert Johnson and also recorded by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Once you can play this progression, you will also be able to play many similar songs from the 1920s and 30s.
