To play the C7 chord, use the first finger of your left hand as shown in the diagram, and strum all four strings.
Practice changing from Am to C7 and C7 to F, then play the whole progression and finish with an F chord.

To play the Bb chord, use the first, second and third fingers of your left hand as shown in the diagram. Strum all four strings.
Make sure you are comfortable changing to and from Bb before playing this progression.
