Corrugated Cakewalks

Corrugated Cakewalks

Corrugated Cakewalks is a mixture of several styles of music, an interesting example of contemporary fingerpicking guitar. This solo steals sounds and ideas from Ragtime, Country, Blues, Jazz and Bluegrass.

Corrugated Cakewalks is played in the key of G Major. The solo consists of two sections with a fun sounding "tag" at the end.

Most of the chords used in this solo are played in the open position. Each chord shape used in the solo and the suggested fingering is shown in the following diagrams.
