To play the B7 chord, use all four fingers of your left hand as shown in the diagram. Strum only five strings.
Some guitarists deaden the 6th string by lightly touching it with the left hand thumb which reaches over the top of the neck. The 6th string can then be strummed but it won’t sound. This technique can apply to any chord where the 6th string note is not a part of that chord shape.
