You now know enough notes to be able to play over two octaves in any key. It is important to practice all your scales (e.g. major scale, blues scale and chromatic scale) over two octaves ascending and descending.
Try working on a different key each day. Practice scales and sequences over a range of two octaves in a particular key as well as transposing melodies to that key, and also improvising and inventing licks in the key. Next day, choose a new key and repeat the process. If you practice this way for a few months, you will notice a dramatic improvement in your playing and your musical knowledge.
