Many examples of blues, trains, boogie woogie, and rock songs and riffs are provided, as well as beginning instructions on bending techniques, creative improvisation, tonal effects, some blues style folk songs, and how to playa blues train.
The Progressive Harmonica Method is a comprehensive, lesson by lesson method covering all aspects and styles of harmonica playing, including folk songs, blues, boogie woogie, rock and roll, country, train songs, jigs, bluegrass, religious and classical selections. Contains appendices on reading standard musical notation, and how to play along with records, tapes and other musicians.
This method is meant to be used in conjunction with Progressive Harmonica, and adds many dozens of additional songs in a variety of styles.
