Here is a 12 Bar Blues riff making use of seventh arpeggios.

Here is a lick combining a seventh arpeggio idea with the minor pentatonic scale.

Here it is again, this time in the A form.

This time it has been moved up into the D form. Try making up other licks and moving them to each of the five forms.
