The two handed tapping technique opens up new varieties of arpeggio and chord playing. The following examples outline the most basic major and minor arpeggio. Like with all arpeggios they can be moved onto different strings and locations on the fretboard as shown here. Let all notes ring.
Example 408 uses only the major arpeggio.
Example 409 combines minor and major arpeggio.
Example 410 combines minor and major arpeggios as well as transposes them across the strings.
The following examples show another voicing of the major and minor arpeggio over four strings. Practice each arpeggio ascending and descending and let all notes ring as a chord.
Example 413 applies these arpeggio voicings to a commonly used chord progression.
Example 414 combines the various major and minor arpeggio voicings just shown.
