The F Major Scale

In keeping with the major scale sequence of TONE - TONE - SEMITONE - TONE - TONE - TONE - SEMITONE the F major scale contains a Bb note. Bb is used rather than A# because in major scales it is incorrect to use the same letter name twice.

Here are two octaves of the F major scale. Note the use of Bb in the key signature.
