In Lesson 16 you were introduced to chords built on the second, third and sixth notes of the major scale. These are all minor chords, and in the key of A they are Bm (IIm), C#m (IIIm) and F#m (VIm).

You will notice that the C#m chord shape is identical to the Bm, except it has been moved up the neck 2 frets. This type of movement is used for all bar chords.*
